WHAT THE HECK IS THE CUBELETS PROGRAM?

The Cubelets Program is more than simply an internship program, it is focused intensively on practical experience and exposure, more than it does on academics or mere shadowing. It is aimed to enrich participants with an in depth involvement with some of the most strategic accounts/brands in the market, throughout a variety of youth related sectors, like music, standup comedy, art, sports, fashion, gaming, and more. It is meant to fulfill the obvious gap between education and the professional life, helping in directing the new generations towards choosing their career paths and understanding and developing their skillsets.

PROGRAM COMPONENTS

The program will be split over 5 different session types:

1. On-ground Execution Session: Where the cubelets are given the opportunity to be an effective part of I'm Rubiks team onground, during the execution of a task, project, or event, for a strategic brand, acquiring first-person exposure and practical experience.

2. Classroom Sessions: Class room sessions would help educate the cubelets about the theoritical/analytical part of our work, and share with them the must-know basics of each specialization and role.

3. Office Work Sessions: Since most of the planning, preparations and work done are made in office, they will get the chance to effectively handle in-office tasks, and absorb the experience of a profession office environment.

4. Team Building Sessions: Team building sessions are very essential for planting the team spirit, and healthy coworking ethics, habits, and standards.

5. Charity Sessions: the Cubelets will be taught that business ambition should not leads them away from the core purpose behind it, which is giving back to our community, and becoming effective participants in trying to make the lives of others better.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

The program will be implemented over batches, each batch should include 6-9 cubelets, going through a series of sessions over the period of 1-2 months, to be able to graduate the program and receive his/her participation certificate.

PROGRAM CANDIDATES

Top candidates will consist mainly of university undergraduates, fresh graduates and calibers of minor post graduation experience. Refresh their enthusiasm towards building careers in marketing, mass communication, or any related fields.
